3 HOW TO ENTER
To enter the giveaway, you must:
Install and use the free prizenab browser extension
Record sweepstakes entries via the extension (Free users: up to 25 entries/day)
Premium users get unlimited entries and benefit from multipliers
Every confirmed sweepstakes entry recorded through the prizenab extension counts as one ticket into the giveaway drawing.
4 PRIZES & ODDS
The monthly prize pot starts at $47 USD. For each new Premium subscription during the month, the pot increases by $0.77 USD.
There will be three (3) winners selected based on a weighted random drawing using total entries + multipliers.
1st Place: 60% of the total prize pot
2nd Place: 25% of the total prize pot
3rd Place: 15% of the total prize pot
Premium users receive a 7x multiplier on their entries, as well as a +7% boost per referral.
Odds of winning depend on the number and type of entries received during the Promotion Period. Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution will be made except as provided at the Sponsor's discretion.

WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
On or about the third (3rd) business day of each month, Sponsor will select potential winners in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the previous month's Promotion Period. The odds of being selected depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winners via email on or about the fifth (5th) business day of each month. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, or fails to respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification, potential winner forfeits the prize. If the potential winner is at least 18 but still considered a minor in their jurisdiction of residence, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize in the name of their parent/legal guardian, who will be required to sign the Declaration of Compliance on the potential winner's behalf.
Potential winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.

RIGHTS GRANTED BY ENTRANT
By entering this Promotion, you understand and agree that Sponsor, anyone acting on behalf of Sponsor, and Sponsor's licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the world, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Promotion, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
By entering this Promotion, you represent and warrant that your entry is an original work of authorship, and does not violate any third party's proprietary or intellectual property rights. If your entry infringes upon the intellectual property right of another, you will be disqualified at the sole discretion of Sponsor. If the content of your entry is claimed to constitute infringement of any proprietary or intellectual proprietary rights of any third party, you shall, at your sole expense, defend or settle against such claims. You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sponsor from and against any suit, proceeding, claims, liability, loss, damage, costs or expense, which Sponsor may incur, suffer, or be required to pay arising out of such infringement or suspected infringement of any third party's right.

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's privacy policy. By participating in the Promotion, entrants hereby agree to Sponsor's collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor's privacy policy, which can be found at: prizenab.com/privacy

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, other companies associated with the Promotion, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents (the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) any technical errors associated with the Promotion, including lost, interrupted or unavailable Internet Service Provider (ISP), network, server, wireless service provider, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone, cellular tower or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (b) unauthorized human intervention in the Promotion; (c) mechanical, network, electronic, computer, human, printing or typographical errors; (d) application downloads, (e) any other errors or problems in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitation, errors that may occur in the administration of the Promotion, the announcement of the winner, the cancellation or postponement of the event and/or the flyover, if applicable, or in any Promotion-related materials; or (f) injury, death, losses or damages of any kind, to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrants participation in the Promotion or acceptance, receipt or misuse of the prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Promotion, and in no event shall the entrant be entitled to receive attorney's fees. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion.

DISPUTES
THIS PROMOTION IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF DELAWARE, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Promotion, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Delaware having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney's fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Promotion). Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
